TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY ON WEEKENDS DURING SEASON,
THREE NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.
(New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas)

Please Note: Full Payment, by cash or credit card, is due at check-in! No access to cabins will be permitted until payment is received.

Rates do not include 9.25% Tennessee Sales Tax or 3% County Lodging Tax

Cleaning Fee is a one-time charge that covers the length of your stay.

Management reserves the right to assign cabins based on the number of guests in your group.

Booking party must be at least 21 years of age.
We do not charge for guests 2 years of age or younger.
Discounts, special rates, coupons & other promotions may not be combined.
